Books PAF MARKETING

We supply two types of marketing for creative businesses: email broadcasting and social-media advertising (image and video). They are the main channels that we have used to successfully direct market twenty-nine fairs to both global exhibitors and visitors. Both methods have also been used to promote specific exhibitors during some fairs over the years. However, we now provide a more tailored service. In essence, we approach your business as we would our fairs in terms of marketing, by considering your aims, products, location, and landing page. Through our channels you can drive traffic to your website or third-party sites for sale conversions. Due to the specificity, your application is not guaranteed and we will first need to check the quality of your landing page or video channel and the specific products or services you are selling in order to make sure these digital-marketing channels are worthwhile for your business at the present time.

Email Broadcasting Social Media-marketing

Our databases are some of the largest in the industry and we have developed them over 10 years. They are cleaned and prepared on a daily basis.

We have two main databases:

(1) A London-specific visitor database. This consists of ticket holders who have visited our fairs in Chelsea and Kensington.

(2) A global database of artists and designers.  

You would need to supply us with:

(a) Marketing text about your business and/or products

(b) Images

(c) Landing page URL

We would design the email and edit the components. In some circumstances, a text-based email may be more appropriate than image-only and we would advise you accordingly. For some products, especially if you have exhibited or sold products in a Parallax Art Fair, it may also be appropriate to have our logo.

Cost

The cost to broadcast your email depends on the database.

(1) Visitor databases:

£400 for 4x use per 1000 entries.

This means that your email would be broadcast to 1000 people on four separate occasions.

(2) Artist and designer databases:

£300 for 4x use per 1000 entries.

This means that your email would be broadcast to 1000 people on four separate occasions.




One of our main channels is social-media advertising, which we have crafted over twenty-nine fairs. For each fair, our adverts reach between 1M-2M people so we have a successful long-track record with Facebook’s algorithm. Adverts can be image or video based (there is an extra charge for video design but any video can be used on your YouTube channel and website as well).

You need to supply us with:

(1) For an Image based design:

(a) Image

(b) Marketing text

(c) Landing page URL

We may choose a different image if we think this is appropriate. We may also re-write and edit the marketing text. If we think your landing page needs improvement, we will advise.

(2) For video based design:

(a) Selection of images or MP4 shots

(b) Music or vocal track [WAV format]

(c) Marketing text

(d) Landing page URL

We may choose different images or music tracks if we think this is appropriate. We may also re-write and edit the marketing text. If we think your website landing page needs improvement, we will advise.

Cost

Cost is made up of two parts: our standard fee and the length/daily intensity of your campaign.

Image-based design standard fee: £250

Video-based design standard fee: £500 [depending on complexity]

The length/intensity cost depends on your budget. For example, a 14-day campaign with a daily intensity of £30 would be:

14 days x £30 = £420

These numbers can be changed according to your budget, which we would talk through with you.
